We found this cute North Richmond home for our clients under challenging circumstances! The East Bay was experiencing an incredible surge in buyers, meaning that almost all properties were receiving offers in the double digits, well over asking price. We knew we had to be creative when it came to finding the right-sized home for our wonderful clients, the A family.
Enter this house: with few photos in bad lighting and a poor online presence, it got much less attention than a smaller house two streets away! But we knew that this could be an advantage to our buyers since it attracted less competition as result.
